The Platform does not provide handyman services, does not employ service providers, and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a handyman.

All handymen listed on the Platform are independent contractors and are solely responsible for:

• the services they offer and perform
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• licenses, permits, insurance, and qualifications
• pricing, availability, and quality of work

The Platform does not guarantee:

• the quality, safety, or legality of services
• the accuracy of listings or user-provided information
• successful completion of any service

Any disputes, claims, or damages arising from services must be resolved directly between the customer and the handyman.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

• personal injury or property damage
• financial loss
• service dissatisfaction
• disputes between users
