This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made on the Platform.
1. Digital Services & Listings
Payments made for:
- featured listings
- promotional packages
- subscriptions
- paid visibility or advertising services
are digital services and are generally non-refundable once activated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
a technical error caused duplicate or incorrect charges
the paid service was not activated due to a Platform error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
change of mind
lack of leads or customer inquiries
business performance expectations
suspension or termination due to policy violations
4. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing
Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time
